TOTAL PRO GF 10 impact-resistant glass-filled (10%) composite based on TPU GF 10 with heat resistance up to 110°C for printing large gears, strong housings, mechanically loaded parts, aerodynamic body kits for cars.
It has a high chemical resistance to acid and alkali solutions, fats, oils, xylene, diesel fuel. Limited to gasoline, kerosene, acetone, dichloromethane.
Thanks to its low shrinkage (up to 0.9%), good interlayer adhesion and high abrasion resistance, TOTAL GF 10 plastic will be an excellent alternative to polyamide-based composites.
Perfectly amenable to drilling, threading.
For best results, it is recommended to dry before printing for 2-3 hours at a temperature of 65-75°C.
ATTENTION! Plastic is abrasive, it is recommended to print using a steel nozzle.
